Key Details:

  • Ride will take place Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at Dallas Executive Airport.

  • Winner will be drawn Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 4 p.m. You do not need to be present to win.

  • Must be 18+, a U.S. resident, and meet CAF aircraft ride criteria.

  • One entry per person.

By submitting your information, you confirm that you read and agree to the official rules, are 18 years or older, meet the physical requirements to ride a CAF aircraft, and are a legal resident of the United States. Official Rules Section

  • No Purchase Necessary: Entering the sweepstakes is free, and purchasing anything doesn’t improve or affect chances of winning.
  • Eligibility:
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Must meet Commemorative Air Force (CAF) aircraft ride criteria:
      • All passengers must be able to ingress and egress the aircraft under their own power.
      • All passengers must not exceed the aircraft’s height and weight limitations.
      • All passengers must sign a Hold Harmless agreement and be listed on the passenger manifest.
    • Must be a Legal U.S. resident
    • CAF/NAEC Staff, volunteers, members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
  • Entry Period: July 1, 2025- October 4, 2025 at 2 p.m.. The winner will be drawn on October 4, 2025, at 4 p.m..
  • Entry Method: To enter, go to https://aviationdiscoveryfest.org/ridesweepstakes or in person at 5657 Mariner Drive, Dallas, TX, 75237. All methods are identical and do not involve any purchase or condition. Only one entry per person.
  • Prize Description & Value: Ride in a WWII-era trainer aircraft, at Dallas Executive Airport. Estimated Retail Value ($350). The ride will take place on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at noon.
  • Odds of Winning: The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
  • Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize: The winner will be notified via email and/or phone provided and will have until midnight, October 5, 2025 to claim the prize. 
  • Publicity, Release, and Indemnity: By entering, the winner consents to the use of their name/image for promotional purposes and releases CAF from liability related to participating or using the prize.

  • Modification/Cancellation Clause: The Commemorative Air Force reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if unforeseen events affect its fairness or integrity, while still assuring fair administration of the drawing.
