Advance Tickets can be purchased online from our website (click here). The earlier you purchase them, the better the price will be! There is a discount for tickets purchased in advance. Alternatively, you can pay at the gate.

Yes, advance General Admission tickets can be redeemed one day, either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday – your choice. Prime View tickets can only be used on the date specified. Registered students and active CAF Colonel members get free admission on Friday only.

Yes. There is a discount rate available for active duty military and current CAF Colonel members. Please have military I.D. or CAF Membership card to present at the gate.

Yes. DART bus routes 21, 453 and 278 drop off at the Red Bird Transit center which is approximately a 5 minute walk from the front gate. The site is also served by Uber and Lyft. We recommend using the intersection of Challenger Drive and Saturn Drive as your pickup/drop-off point for ride-sharing apps.

Yes, we warmly welcome GA visitors and plenty of parking is available right next to the main display area with Ambassador Jet Center.  Please be sure to check the NOTAM carefully. The field is expected to be fully open for GA traffic until 10 a.m. each day, and after 5 p.m.   Operations outside these hours may be possible with some coordination.

Parking is on the airport grounds. On arrival at the airport will be directed to the best available parking area by our crew. The primary parking lots are about a 5 minute walk to the main gate. Overflow lots are about a 10 minute walk to the front gate.

There is no additional cost for parking.

Yes. You must have a handicapped plate or tag in the car and make sure the parkers flagging your car are aware of your handicapped status. They will direct you to the handicapped parking areas. Handicapped parking is limited and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Please arrive early to insure a parking spot.

Yes you can come in and out of the event - that day. Please have your hand stamped as you exit and you will be able to re-enter the show.

Motorized scooters and wheelchairs for elderly or special needs patrons are allowed on the airshow grounds. Guardians are welcome to bring in strollers or small wagons. Personal golf carts, Segways, hover boards, skate boards, etc. are not allowed.

Yes. Seating is not included with your General Admission ticket and guests are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit. However, no tents, large umbrellas, or canopies are allowed.

Yes, bags are allowed, please see the list of prohibited items below. Please limit any diaper bags to the smallest you can manage. All items are subject to search by security personnel at the gates and they have the final say on what is allowed in.

Yes, cameras for personal use are allowed. Your camera bags may be checked by gate security upon entry. Images are subject to copyright. Media and Press must be registered online to receive credentials.

No, drones are not allowed.

Pets are NOT allowed at the event and should NOT be left in vehicles. Guide and assistance animals are permitted but please understand that loud noises and explosions may frighten the animals.

Yes, rides are available on most of the aircraft attending. These can be booked at the event or online at this link https://aviationdiscoveryfest.org/aircraft-rides/.

Yes, most of the aircraft will have tours available. Some aircraft may charge and additional fee or accept a donation to take the tour.

Unless the weather is severe, we will fly as much of the show as is safe and possible. In the event that all remaining days of show are canceled, your ticket price will be considered a tax-deductible contribution to an IRC 501(C)3 organization. Due to FAA permit restrictions and other commitments it is not possible to reschedule the airshow for another weekend.

If you have purchased a ride on a CAF aircraft in advance and your ride is during event hours, you will need to also purchase an admission ticket to the event. If you purchase your tickets online in advance, please present your admission ticket and ride confirmation to the front gate.
